Steel rule dies / Match metal dies

• The pre-aligned steel band closes. The maximum deviation equals + / – 1.5 mm from the center.
• The centering is done by the form-fitting Delrin core on the thermal molding. By the ball-bearing suspension is a very easy centering is possible.
• The sprung core pushes upwards and the punch is suitable for molding.
